As I get older, I notice that there seems to be more and more to do, and I have less energy to do things. Staying up all night after a full day of moving and shaking just isn't as easy as it used to be. As a frequent user of oil diffusers, I can honestly say that this is by far the most elegant and beautiful of them all. The Eve glass diffuser by KOKO AROMA is perfect for any room of the home, as it is not only functional, but decorative as well! I personally keep mine on top of my tv stand, in the living room.This diffuser works just like any other diffuser; add water to the fill line, add oils, and use. It has a built in nightlight, for ambient light, and a beautiful decorative glass cover.   I love the warm light that it provides, but I do wish that it had an option to use the diffuser without the nightlight (for day time use.) 

This diffuser has 3 available modes: 2 hr continuous, 4 hr --- cycling every 15 seconds, and Off. Pretty simple, right? The nice thing about the 2 hr and 4 hr settings is that te nightlight turns off when the diffusion ends. So, you can go to bed and not worry about it running all night! For my family, aromatherapy via essential oils, is a normal part of every day life. Whether using oils to scent my home, or to fulfill certain functions, they've become a permanent fixture. I personally feel that cold diffusers are the quickest, safest, and most economical source for aromatherapy. Why? Quicker, because the essential oils are diffused into the air immediately, and no time is wasted on waiting for bulbs or heating elements to reach temperature. Safer, because no heat is involved. God forbid my children get a hold of the diffuser and spill it... They won't get burned! Lastly, it's more economical. Yes, I know, it uses electricity just like other units... But, it also requires far less of each essential oil. This is a huge factor, since pure essential oils are rather pricey. 

As far as actual diffuser units go, I prefer to use a larger unit in my main living space, and a smaller unit in my bed room. This particular model is perfect for the bedroom. It's small enough to sit on a night stand, and comes with an optional built in night light! This means you can used it with the light or without! Plus, you can pause the light and keep it at one color, or let it continue to gently sift through each color. I also happen to think it's quite tranquil, and very relaxing. On the other hand, it can also be very romantic. After all, two important factors in "setting the mood", are lighting and scent! 

An added benefit to having one of these in the bedroom; they serve as miniature humidifiers! Use them without oils, and they're plain old humidifiers. Toss in a few drops of eucalyptus oil, and you have a great cold and cough vapor! Add a few drops of tea tree oil, and you have an antibacterial vapor that will cleanse the air, as well as help with cold and cough! Or, just add a few drops of lavender, lemon, and one drop of peppermint, and you have what I call "calm & relax". I use this on especially stressful days! 

I absolutely love that I was given this diffuser as a gift, to test and review. It's become such a staple in my life, I honestly don't know how I ever managed without it!

Whoever invented these arm bands is a genius! I absolutely hate getting all tangled up in my headphone wire, just to skip songs or check the time while I'm on my evening walks. It's even worse when I'm wearing yoga pants that don't have pockets! I end up having to stick my phone in my bra, and it always ends up all sweaty and gross. Living with severe plantar fasciitis has given me a new respect for orthotics and insoles... I used to think those words were synonymous with "the elderly", but I'm 33 years old... I'm not old... Anyhow, desperate for relief from my sever foot pains, I was pointed towards insoles. I've become quite the insole afficionado in the past year and a half. This is super important for a person with plantar fasciitis, because our arches fall and cause immense pain and even damage!!! These insoles are soft and comfortable, but provide some much needed support. The only change I would make, is to offer these in additional arch styles. I have a high instep, and it's difficult to find a good orthotic insole that works for my arch. 

I've been using these a few weeks now, and so far they're working out pretty well! My feet are nearly pain free when I wear these insoles, and long after I've worn them, my feet still feel nice. They're a great product to try out when you've got nothing to lose, and want some serious relief.

Having 4 ultra-precise weight sensors...                    This scale can do some pretty amazing stuff. Including: BIA  analysis for body fat, lean mass, water weight, and bone mass. AND it logs it all for you to track via your smartphone!

The Weight Gurus scale features auto step-on , and auto off functionality.
