I definitely recommend Volume 1, Beginning to Salsa Dance, by Salsa Crazy ... Along with all of their other instructional dance DVDs. The style of instruction that they use is simple, and easy enough for anyone to follow ---- effortlessly! Trust me when I day that this is easy and effortless ... I have NO coordination, and the step by step instructions that Salsa Crazy uses in their instructional DVDs is even easy for me to follow along to !!!
I am using these Salsa lessons to dance off some lbs in 2015... Its easy, and a lot of fun!
