This product works just as well as Icy Hot and Bag Balm! Its quick and effective at alleviating minor muscle aches and pains. I've not used it for anything more serious than a pulled muscle, and my recurring plantar fasciitis. It does seem to help a bit with the plantar fasciitis! Its a topical cream, and not a permanent fix--- but it does help to relieve the pain, which is more than id initially hoped for!
