This is not your traditional hot sauce... Its also not a tabasco sauce... To be honest, it's a pretty good mix of the two! You definitely get the rich peppery heat that you'd expect from a hot sauce, but you also get the vinegar punch that's only associated with tabasco sauces!
I like that its not ridiculously hot... It has some heat, but not so much that it ruins your food. It adds to the flavors, rather than masking them. I'd say on a scale 1-10, with 10 being the hottest, this ranks a 7. It's spicy, but tasty! i received a sample bottle, to review, and i quite like it. It adds to the flavor of my food, and enhances it. That's what a good hot sauce/ tabasco is supposed to do...
