Green Tea Smoothie
1 banana
1 tbs almond butter
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp honey
1 tbs matcha green tea powder
Handful of ice
Blend well & enjoy!
This recipe is vegetarian, dairy free, & gluten free. Substitute honey for agave or maple syrup to make it vegan friendly.
If you're feeling adventurous, try adding some Chia seeds. This is a great way to add additional protien, and control your appetite without empty calories or added chemicals.
