Amazing results! No miracle cure, you have to help yourself first. The will definitely aid in your weight loss though! I found that it helped reduce my appetite , and curbed cravings--- helping me to reduce my caloric intake. I combined this with healthy eating and a regular walking routine, and saw significant results !
