I can't stress enough how awesome this yoga mat is! It's slip resistant, and comfortable. The quality is outstanding!!! It's made from Eco friendly materials, so you don't feel guilty :) The best part--- it's extra long, so us tall people can spread out and enjoy our yoga sessions! I've found that this particular mat is very easy to clean and store as well, and it returns to it's shape easily.
