I've never been so excited to use a grater/zester before... But this one is simply amazing! It's light and compact, so it's definitely portable and easy to use. It works well and is easy to clean. The biggest bonuses: it comes with a handy cover that works well to avoid scratches and nicks on your hands. It also has an amazing little "rest" at the bottom of the product. It allows you to rest the grater/ zester on the edge of plates or bowls or whatever ---- makes it so much easier to use, you don't have to hold the product up while you use it!!!!
