I love this supplement. As with many other weight loss supplements on the market, it is NOT an instant result miracle working pill!!! If you are serious about losing weight, this definitely HELPS you to get there. It helps reduce appetite, and aids in fat reduction. But, let's be honest, you won't lose weight if you don't get off your fanny and try :)
